Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your ENXHALINE piece—but if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at shop.enxhaline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship your item(s) back to ENXHALINE via DHL tracked service within 3 days of your return request. Shipping Details: Enxhi Bimaj, Rruga e Kosovareve 1, Tirana, Albania, Phone: +355 69 227 5498, Email: shop.enxhaline@gmail.com

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In their original packaging, with all tags attached

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Important: All return shipments must be sent as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). If duties or taxes are not paid in advance, the shipment won't be delivered to ENXHALINE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (for international orders) are non-refundable.

  • Any item returned damaged or worn will not be eligible for a refund.
