Return & Exchange Policy

At Enxhaline, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure your return reaches us:

  • Ship your package as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
  • Clearly mark the shipment as a Return where you have to state the reason for shipment.

     

    We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as well as ensuring all customs forms are correctly completed to avoid any issues during transit. Returns that do not comply with these requirements may not reach us and therefore cannot be processed.
